Use of Your Personal Data
Newsletter: When you subscribe to any of our mailing lists (Events, Marketing Information, Newsletter, Blog Subscription), you will be automatically subscribed to receive email updates based on your preferences. You will only receive information that you have opted in to receive.
Emails: We use HubSpot to manage our email marketing. This system stores their data in the US although they comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Get In Touch: When you get-in-touch through our webform you will be contacted by a member of Zinopy to respond to your query.
GatorLeads is website visitor tracking software offered by Communigator that tracks and reports website traffic. We use GatorLeads to track visitors to our website.
Event Attendee Privacy
We host webinars, workshops and conferences. When you attend we need to process your personal data. This section is for all attendees or those considering attending.
When you attend Zinopy event, we will need your name, email address and in some cases your payment information. We will use this information solely for the purpose of administering the event. If you are a speaker at a Zinopy event, we will publicly promote your involvement via social media such as Twitter, LinkedIn and emails to our clients. This data may continue to be processed by those platform providers after the event has ended.
We take photographs and sometimes video at our hosted events for future promotion of events related to our business. We will inform you at the appropriate stage as to whether the event will be photographed or videoed.
As far as possible we will refrain from identifying individuals through our approach, for example we will only take event photos from behind the attendees, or take photos of individuals where they have given us their consent.
